Mission
Our mission is to ensure all San Antonio children have access to an excellent public education and greater prosperity for their futuro (future). Through our coalition of advocates, we will promote nonpartisan civic engagement, raise community awareness, and organize students and families around education issues.
Vision
San Antonio is a majority-minority city that holds immense potential to become a powerhouse fueled by its diverse talent and rich history. With low education achievement indicators, the city stands as one of the poorest largest U.S. cities, resulting in limited access to (economic) opportunities for future generations. Our vision for San Antonio’s futuro (future) is to lead as a model of world-class public education for all. Together, we aspire to build a collaborative ecosystem, shaped by the voices of students and families, to achieve community-wide prosperity and transform education.

We believe that San Antonio children deserve equitable access to high-quality public education, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. All San Antonio students deserve an equal opportunity to thrive and succeed. We are committed to supporting parents and caregivers in driving their children’s academic future, including choosing the best public schools that fulfill their child’s needs and advocating for policies that can eliminate educational inequalities.
